devel/libosinfo: update to 1.0.0 and handle split

libosinfo as of 1.0.0 consists of 3 packages:

 - sysutils/osinfo-db-tools: contains the CLI tools
 - misc/osinfo-db: contains database with OS data
 - devel/libosinfo: the library

This commit does the following:

 - devel:libosinfo: update to 1.0.0
 - sysutils/osinfo-db-tools: add new port version 1.0.0
 - misc/osinfo-db: add new port version 20160728
 - UPDATING: document this split and add a note about
updating handling because of moved files across the packages
that could result in a conflict

[NEW] misc/py-pyprind: Python Progress Bar and Percent Indicator Utility

The PyPrind (Python Progress Indicator) module provides a progress bar
and a percentage indicator object that let you track the progress of a
loop structure or other iterative computation. Typical applications
include the processing of large data sets to provide an intuitive
estimate at runtime about the progress of the computation.

New port: misc/qt5-doc

This port builds and installs the Qt5 API documentation for use
with IDEs such as qtcreator or kdevelop in qch file format and HTML
file format.

Limitations: The port is made for Qt 5.5.1 and excludes the
documentation for qtwebkit, qtwebkit-examples and qtwebengine. The
reasons are, webkit is deprecated and should not be used for further
development, it will not be part of the Qt 5.6.x sources by default
and only provided on FreeBSD for backwards compatibility with ports.
API documentation may be later added to the qt5-webkit port (as
well for qtwebkit-examples). The qtwebengine hasn't been ported to
FreeBSD yet, so no documenation can be generated either.

As usual, huge thanks to Tobias Berner (tcberner@gmail.com) for all his work
on these ports in kde@'s experimental area51 repository. He's the one who
started the update and did a lot of the initial work on Qt 5.5. Ralf Nolden

Also thanks to Yuri Victorovich (yuri@rawbw.com) for contributing PR 205805

At very long last land PyQt5 5.5.1 ports.

Add the required bits to Uses/pyqt.mk along with all the PyQt5 ports.
Thankfully this commit is mostly adding new ports, as the hard work was
already done in r403297 and r403662.

Huge kudos to Tobias Berner <tcberner@gmail.com> and, most importantly,
Guido Falsi (madpilot@) for their initial work on these ports (see D2910 in

Book of Psalms from the Douai Bible (1610) in fortune(6) file format

In general, taking random out-of-context verses from a Bible is a
VERY bad idea. This said, this is an experiment to generate a not
too bad fortune-cookie database under the following principles:

- Only the text from the psalms, which are usually meant for praying,
  were taken.
- The texts always include at least some context: you are always
notified where the text came from and there is always sufficient
text so that the phrases make sense.
- The text was taken from the classic Douai Bible, a direct translation
from the latin Vulgata. The old language will not give you false
impressions that you are actually understanding it fully.
- No effort was done to remove the original comments. Non-Christians
may rightfully feel the translation is biased.

This is meant to be a general aid for Christian meditation: it is not
generally to be taken as my message-of-the-day from God.

To use, you need UNIX fortune(6) utility and you should follow the
instructions from the corresponding man page.

Produces a cute little ansi colour 'flag' based off a hash of the machine's

identify a machine, at a glance. Useful for placing into /etc/issue or your

Add new Ada port: misc/excel_writer

Excel_Out is a package that can generate basically formatted Excel files.

* Ideal for the automatic production of reports
* Fast: on a HP Mini netbook (Intel Atom, 1.66 GHz), Excel Writer produced
50 sheets per second where each sheet had 10,000 data cells
* Totally portable and no external library required
* No interation with MS Office software

add new Ada dev port: misc/ini_file_manager

The Ini file manager consists of a package, Config, which can read or write
informations from various configuration files known as "ini" files because
they have often the ".ini" extension. They are text files which look like
the following:

  ; Comment line
  [Section 1]
  a_string = abcd     # a comment here...
  a_number = +123.456 ; another comment
  [Section 2]
  a_string = efgh

For more examples in this format, just search files with the .ini extension
on a windows-based computer.

- Add misc/p5-OSSP-uuid as a replacement for misc/ossp-uuid-perl.

p5-OSSP-uuid only installs the Perl API, hence avoiding to have two
conflicting ports as was the case with ossp-uuid and ossp-uuid-perl.
