THANKO USB AM/FM Radio controller

commands usage:
 -fm <freqeuncy>    : set FM frequency, e.g. '-fm 77.4'
 -stop              : stop amfm radio

Limitations:
	you need root authority.
	currently AM Radio mode is not supported.
