Astrolog is a many featured and
customizable astrology chart calculation
program for DOS, Windows, Mac, and Unix,
used in 30+ countries on six continents.
It is 100% freeware and requires no
registration fee. :) The complete source
code is available. Astrolog features:

Use @dirrmtry since old config may present

1) Do not remove config file on package upgrading
2) Supply more useful config file

- Remove unneeded dependency from gtk12/gtk20 [1]
- Remove USE_XLIB/USE_X_PREFIX/USE_XPM in favor of USE_XORG
- Remove X11BASE support in favor of LOCALBASE or PREFIX
- Use USE_LDCONFIG instead of INSTALLS_SHLIB
- Remove unneeded USE_GCC 3.4+

Back out CFLAGS fix because it is now committed to sys.mk

Allow 8bit chars be read from file

Back out v1.33 because it requires unzip presence at 'install'
stage (not at 'extract' stage) and this can't be properly handled.
(We don't have INSTALL_DEPENDS and similar to it RUN_DEPENDS used on
'install' stage too adds unneded depend into the package itself)
