Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT

Update the ftp/curl port to 7.16.0.
Bump PORTREVISION of all dependent ports.
Fix the build errors in the few ports that still use the long deprecated,
and now obsoleted, cURL options.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to look over the patch!

new port: misc/gkrellm-helium, Prague thermometer
Tiny gkrellm plugin which read data from thermometer at
Strahov, Prague. Probably useless for anyone not interested
in Prague's weather. :) Tested on both stable and current.
