Business::ISIN is a class which validates ISINs
(International Securities Identification Numbers), the
codes which identify shares in much the same way as ISBNs
identify books. An ISIN consists of two letters,
identifying the country of origin of the security
according to ISO 3166, followed by nine characters in
[A-Z0-9], followed by a decimal check digit.

At the moment 1385 ports use BUILD_DEPENDS= ${RUN_DEPENDS} and 450
ports use BUILD_DEPENDS:= ${RUN_DEPENDS}. This patch fixes ports that are
currently broken. This is a temporary measure until we organically stop using
:= or someone(s) spend a lot of time changing all the ports over.

Explicit duplication > := > = and this just moves ports one step to the left

For ports maintained by ports@FreeBSD.org, remove names and/or
e-mail addresses from the pkg-descr file that could reasonably
be mistaken for maintainer contact information in order to avoid
confusion on the part of users looking for support. As a pleasant
side effect this also avoids confusion and/or frustration for people
who are no longer maintaining those ports.

search.cpan.org redirect reduction canonicalization project, pass 1:
URLs automatically rewritten from /search?dist=Foo or /dist/Foo
to /dist/Foo/ (note trailing slash). After a 2002(!) reorganization,
this is the preferred way to refer to modules on search.cpan.org.
