Update to 1.4.11. The port is much less tested and complete as the previous
1.4.6, but we have no choice since new asterisk depends on this version.

Use destroy_dev_sched() instead of destroy_dev() when __FreeBSD_version >=
700050. The 700050 is not exactly the revision in question (sadly the
__FreeBSD_version has not been bumped), but it is really close and should
be sufficient as a cut-off date for any practical purposes.

Improve compatibility with 4.x, particularly:

o Don't use devinfo(8) in startup script, since it doesn't exist on 4.x. Use
  pciinfo(8) instead.

o In zaptel driver don't require a specific major on the 5.x system that
  support auto major numbering;

o Assign specific majors to wcfxs and wcfxo drivers on systems that don't
  support auto major numbering;

o Ensure that nodes are created properly on non-devfs systems.
