Remove bogus PORTREVISIONs that are overriden by the one in Makefile.common

- Bump PORTREVISION to chase the update of multimedia/libvpx

- update to 2.5.5
- add license

- Fix AMR dependencies (and thus, plist outside of tb.  avidemux now
  uses OpenCORE AMR codecs.)
  ...or as they say, "If it's not tested, assume it's broken."
