- Update multimedia/libxine to 1.2.1 with a commit merged from hg
  to fix DVB support.  (which still is broken for tuners using
  hardware pid filtering, like when running webcamd with
  "-m dvb-usb-init.force_pid_filter_usage=1".)

  my ports in the past 3 weeks while ports were broken on any 10.x
  machines, which means I'm unable to maintain them.  So let people know
  that there's no available support for them until things are back to
  normal (which also means that anyone with spare time will be able
  to fix them without getting approval).

Remove USE_GNOME=gnometarget from ports. It has been a empty keyword since
mid 2008.
