- After repo copy to ffmpeg045 port so that both older and faster
  version 0.4.5 is preserved while the current version matures:
o Update to 0.4.6
o Remove ONLY_FOR_ARCHS, no longer i386 only
o Add PKGMESSAGE explaining the differences between this and ffmpeg045
  port
