- GUI OPTION is no longer default
- Workaround an issue in CURRENT which prevented building
  a binary that supports profiling

Update mplayer and mencoder to a recent snapshot. Major changes:
- Reduce the number of dependencies (use internal ffmpeg whenever possible)
  in mplayer
- Do not build with clang on i386
- Use new options framework
