- Get Rid MD5 support

Restore some of nork's commit so that additional files are touched after
configure.  This is known to fix some issues on ZFS builds.

Bump PORTREVISION again for those that may have built library version 9.

Try another approach to fixing the libtool issue.  This was tested on my amd64
-CURRENT machine, so it should work with others, too.

Make sure that all of the files are up-to-date to prevent auto* from
running.

Sync to new bsd.autotools.mk

Bump PORTREVISION by previous commit.
Because libnice invoked autotools installed libnice.pc
to $PREFIX/lib/pkgconfig/ instead of $PREFIX/libdata/pkgconfig.

To not invoke autotools, so ${TOUCH} some autotools related files.
