- Reduce filesystem hierarchy pollution by moving
  $PREFIX/var/{run,lib}/* to /var/run (PID file) and

- Fix WITH_APACHE dependencies and plist [1]
- Fix WITH_XMMS and WITH_INTERFACE dependencies [2]
