libtorrent is a C++ library that aims to be a good alternative to all the
other bittorrent implementations around. It is a library and not a full
featured client, although it comes with a working example client.

The main goals of libtorrent are to be cpu efficient, memory efficient and
very easy to use.

The 0.16 branch adds uTP support.

Note that this is NOT the same library as the libtorrent port!

converters/libiconv:
- Remove const qualifier from iconv(3) to match POSIX:
  http://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/functions/iconv.html
- Patch iconv.h to expose more GNU extensions when LIBICONV_PLUG is
defined because the base system iconv supports these extensions too.

Add/remove patches to/from ports to call iconv with non-const arguments.

This breaks some ports on FreeBSD 10 because base system iconv.h still has
the const qualifier. Fix this by letting USES=iconv add a build dependency
on converters/libiconv so ports can use its iconv.h (with LIBICONV_PLUG
defined) instead of the base system iconv.h.

This exposed some ports that link with libiconv when it is available instead
of using libc iconv. In these cases one of the following changes has been

Update from 0.16.17 to 0.16.19. It is unclear, why the previous
maintainer rolled back the earlier upgrade to 0.16.18, which had
an impressive ChangeLog (including security-related fixes). Port's
commit-log is rather terse -- I wonder, what went on in less public
channels.

I tested this update with the new qbittorrent-3.1.12 and all seems
to be fine...

net-p2p/libtorrent-rasterbar: fix build with LibreSSL

Add upstream-provided patch to fix build with LibreSSL. Default (OpenSSL)
setup isn't affected, so no PORTREVISION bump.
Remove pkg-message, that have no use.

Convert all :U to :tu and :L to :tl

Since FreeBSD 8.4 and FreeBSD 9.1 make(1) do support :tu and :tl as a
replacement for :U and :L (which has been marked as deprecated)

bmake which is the default on FreeBSD 10+ only support by default
:tu/:tl a hack has been added at the time to support :U and :L to ease
migration. This hack is now not necessary anymore

Note that this makes the ports tree incompatible with make(1) from
FreeBSD 8.3 or earlier
