Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

Chase the shared library version of speex, bump the PORTREVISION.

Fix build with gcc41 on amd64.

Update the ftp/curl port to 7.16.0.

Fix the build errors in the few ports that still use the long deprecated,

BROKEN: Does not compile on !i386 (still)

Fix build on sparc64 (and any other big-endian arch).
Bump PORTREVISION.

Mark as broken on amd64/sparc64 due to compile failure.

- Re-add patch to fix build on RELENG_4.
