Bump PORTREVISION to chase the glib20 shared library update.

Chase the Gaim 1.5.0 update.

- Fix build on RELENG_6/amd64 by compiling with -fPIC (needed for
  building dynamic libraries).

Update to Gaim 1.4.0.  See http://gaim.sourceforge.net/ChangeLog for
the list of changes.  Also, bump all PORTREVISIONs for ports that depend on
Gaim.

Add gaim-latex 0.3, a gaim plugin to display LaTeX output in your IMs.
