LibCMIS is a C++ client library for the CMIS interface. This allows C++
applications to connect to any ECM behaving as a CMIS server like Alfresco,
Nuxeo for the open source ones.

Import libcmis03 which is needed to upcoming libreoffice 3.6 and 4.0
Make it use clang by default as it is incompatible with base g++
