new port: net/luasocket - IP library for Lua language

        LuaSocket is a Lua extension library that provides support
        for the TCP and UDP transport layers.

        Extra Lua modules implementing SMTP, HTTP and FTP protocols
        are installed to /usr/local/lib/lua/luasocket.
