Since it is apparently superceded by the online website, mark it so
with a deprecation message.

tptest is very old and is superceded buy a web site (bredbandskollen.se).
The port should either be updated to 5.0.2 or deleted, IMHO.

I do not have the time to maintain the port, so I will take my hand off
it either way, it is for the best of the port, I reckon. :)
