wmnetload is a network interface monitor dockapp. It is designed to
fit well with dockapps like wmcpuload and wmmemmon.

Since i use this port i'm going to be the maintainer of it.

- Remove USE_XLIB/USE_X_PREFIX/USE_XPM in favor of USE_XORG
- Bump PORTREVISION

- Set X11BASE to ${LOCALBASE} for recent ${OSVERSION}.
