Update to 6.2RC1. This also fixes unfetchable distfile.

patch-fido.c and patch-msg.c are required for compatibility with
pre 1.4 husky. They will be removed once husky ports are updated to 1.4.

Add SHA256 checksum.

Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.
