 Watch all my maintained ports

Is there any easy way to watch all my maintained ports? I have quite a bunch of them. :) Adding each and every one of them by hand is not an option. Anyone?

I am not sure on how to use the "Watch list maintenance" page if that is the solution.

Yes. Watch List Upload.

You can either upload it or copy/paste.
