 new feature: customized news feeds

You can create your own news feed for FreshPorts. Each watch list now has a news feed. Login and check the link to Personalized News Feed. Your news feed will report upon any commits to any of the ports you put on your watch list.

There are more features I want to add to this newsfeed, but what you have now is just a start.
