wrong version numbers for slave ports

E.g. freeradius-mysql has an old version number. Other than in a master port.

I see no indication at the above URL that freeradius-mysql is a slave port of anything. That is the problem.
I will look into it.

More details on the cause of the problem here:

In short, an unpatched Mk/* is causing FreshPorts to fail to recognize the MASTERPORT.

All master and slave ports should now refer to each other.
I will run another script later to refresh all slave ports based on the master port.
