For someone who is not a regular user of freshports it is quite irritating that the most important function - add port to watchlist - can only be accessed via an icon.
And if the helpfile wouldn't explain it I'd never have guessed that the glasses+ means "add to watchlist".
Now there is quite a huge amount of text links on each freshports webpage - so there should be room for an additional link "add to watchlist".
I feel this would "improve the user experience by at least 78 percent", in other words - would make really sense. Think about it please!

If you hover over the icon, do you see pop up text?
Can you recommend a better icon?
Having "add to watchlist" repeated 100+ times on commits.php seems like a lot of repetitive text.

Dan, thanks for the quick reply - I'm not an icon-sensitive person that much, so I can not even recommend a better one. Maybe something with more colors and a bigger (green) + (plus) sign would be an improvement.
On the overview lists I understand that space is precious - but an additional text link on a port's _detail page_ would be fine.
Practically I was searching a port's page for "add" and "watchlist" and was really irritated when it failed, finally I read the help file and found the hint. It was only now that I realized the glasses and the idea behind it.
Please, have mercy with the visually handicapped a bit ... :-)
