To bring up an old problem, the upload mechanism still doesn't work. I've tried uploading to replace the current list immediately, and uploading to the staging area... neither do anything (the current page is left in place after clicking the relevant button).
If you'd like me to go through exact steps I can, as I've tried on both normal and beta freshports. The one way that works is pasting the list rather than uploading.
