That looks much better. I've removed the AddSlashes. That's shouldn't be in the code. It causes problems with quotes (I've added some quoted examples to the source).

There is one small problem with one commit under japanese/emacs20-emcws on 10 Apr 2002 where one HTTP link is not htmlifyed. I've added that code example to the source. I'm looking into this problem.

I have altered the layout of the code to match that of the rest of the system. You can download that code from test/fp2-htmlifier.php.txt and run it at test/fp2-htmlifier.php.

Once we get this fixed, I'll pass this htmlify code onto the FreeBSD project as cvsweb.cgi has the same URL trailing > problem you just solved.
