Try browsing to http://www.freshports.org/databases/postgresql91-server or http://www.freshports.org/databases/?page=6. Seems out of space.

website returns:

Internal error: I was expecting an ElementID and found nothing

I recognize that error message but I am not getting that error when going to that page.

That's was long time ago and maybe was triggered by out space conditions. Works for me now too.
