The problem with forbidden and broken is that there is no separate flag to indicate the date upon which the status changed. I'd have to record it in a separate table. Pretty easy though: id, date, port_id, broken, forbidden.

There is a graph for the most watched ports. We could start mailing just things (just the data, not the graph). Time will tell.
