 RSS contains & instead of &

I use a tool which parses the RSS file. It fails since news.php contains:

http://www.freshports.org/phorum/read.php?f=1&i=451&t=420

It should be:

http://www.freshports.org/phorum/read.php?f=1&i=451&t=420

s/&/&/
