 Problem found with virtual categories

I found a problem with virtual categories today. Any new ports cannot be found because the newly added ports_categories table is not being populated when a new port is added.

For example, http://beta.freshports.org/textproc/ocaml-pxp/ will not be found, but it is there. I'll fix this ASAP.
