I've tried just about everything I can think of to get the watchlist uploader to work, but everything I try comes back with the same response:<BR>

OUCH, That does not look like the right output to me. Please ensure you have the correct file format and try again (see step 1).<BR>

This is the first line I found:<BR>
<BR>
The file looks correct when I view it locally, and this problem happened with the following browsers: Mozilla/Win32, Mozilla/FreeBSD, Lynx/FreeBSD, W3M/FreeBSD, IE6.5/Win32.
