the same happend to us. we called their support hotline (didn't get reponse
by mail as well). after talking to the 1st and 2nd level support we did finally reach the responsible person (after 30min...).
so i think complaining via mail is useless. you have to call them.
if you give me your sending ip address, i could try to reach the austrian support hotline.
