Thank you for telling me. I have fixed the problem.
The underlying data was OK. The problem was the display of the data. We had a few commits with over 1000 ports touched. As a result, the main page was trying to display over 4000 ports. That was a bit much.
I've adjusted the page so it will display a maximum of 2000 ports/100 commits.
