 ports-forbidden.php suggestion

It seems (to me) inappropriate that the ports listed in ports-forbidden.php
also come with install-instructions. Perhaps replace it with instructions how to
uninstall?

That would be pkg_delete.

Marking a package as forbidden does not prevent anyone from using the package. You are always free to install or delete the package. It's up to you.
