 VuXML bug

I have just noticed that there is a bug in the VuXML data displayed on FreshPorts. At present, FreshPorts does not check new commits to see if they are vulnerable (actually, I have not confirmed this, but I suspect this is the case).

FreshPorts only marks commits when a new vuln.xml file arrives.

I will amend the code ASAP.
