 Documentation for building FreeBSD port

Hi,

I want to contribute to a project by adding some features to a port, but before to do this, I look for a guide for building a port.

Somebody have that ?

what about the official book? You can find it under /usr/share/doc/en/books/porters-handbook/

besides the tools
/usr/ports/devel/porttools
/usr/ports/devel/portlint
will help you a lot
