 Driver for Lucent/Agere 56K.V90/ADSL Wildfire modem

Hi,
Is anyone working on a driver for the Lucent/Agere systems
56K.V90/ADSL Wildfire modem. The pci id of device is 0x0462. I know that until 0x445 or something like that is supported by the "linmodem" port. I would like to work on this driver but cant find any info(include google search). Any pointers from anyone ?
