Soundjuicer looks like a nice package, but it can't find my cd!
Its a SONY CD-RW CRX160E 1.0e that works fine in other apps, any ideas?

Learn to use ktrace and/or truss to look for ERRNO 13 "permission denied" messages or other system call errors from applications. Once you learn how you'll be glad you did.
