I sent letters to Mr. Gerald, the maintainer of this port twice using different email but they all were returned :(
So I have to post it here:
I use wine-20050419 and my system is freebsd 6.0-current. When I
run some apps such as ultraedit, it gives some error messages:
err:heap:HEAP_CreateSystemHeap system heap base address 0x80000000 not
available
err:heap:HEAP_GetPtr Invalid heap 0x0!
err:heap:HEAP_GetPtr Invalid heap 0x0!
err:heap:HEAP_GetPtr Invalid heap 0x0!
err:heap:HEAP_GetPtr Invalid heap 0x0!
then wine exits.
If I use wine-20040505, I can run ultraedit, though it gives
many fixme messages. Any version after 20040505 has the same problem.
I tried to recompile kernel with KVA_PAGES is about 200, but
the result is the same.
I searched winhq.org and found someone else asked similiar question
but nobody answers him... Do you know what's wrong?
