 perl module dependencies

I'm trying to install Catalyst for perl and I'm running into a problem with a required dependency for a module p5-File-Copy-Recursive. It seems the ports collection wants to use v0.18 and a new version has come out v0.19. v0.18 is not available because of this and the install dies since it cannot find v0.18 anywhere.

Is there a way around this so I can get going now and what is the proceedure to report this?
