Fix a construct that causes make errors on platforms that are not
supported by these ports. This fixes 'make readmes' for them on
sparc64 (and by that, release building without NOPORTS).

Revamp this port to build using the PM3 compiler instead of the old   SRC one
from the modula-3 port.  Also use the virtualpaper sources   which are included
in the PM3 distribution, as they are maintained   better.
