Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
Bogofilter takes an email message or other text on standard input, parses it into words, does a statistical check against data bases of "good" and "bad" words, and returns a status code indicating whether or not the message is spam. Bogofilter decodes base64 or quoted-printable encoded texts and ignores non-text attachments and HTML comments. WWW: http://bogofilter.sourceforge.net/

This port has been deprecated for 3 months.
Delete it finally from the tree.

Background:

This sub-port has been useless since bogofilter 0.94.13 was out
with fully functional support for multi-language wordlists encoded
in UTF-8. No need for l10n when i18n is already here.

Disable building packages from this port
by default because it gives functionality
not found in mail/bogofilter only if WITH_CP866
is set. Otherwise a package will be identical
to that from mail/bogofilter.

Mark ru-bogofilter port as broken to prevent people from upgrading
to 0.94.12 until the issue of KOI8-R wordlist storage is resolved.

Unfortunately, the bogofilter team have committed some patches that
break storing wordlists in KOI8-R. As of now, bogofilter can store
wordlists in CP866 only, which fatally breaks compatibility with
existing KOI8-R wordlists created by older versions of this package.

Add a new port russian/bogofilter (ru-bogofilter), which is
a sub-port of main/bogofilter. If installed from this port,
bogofilter will convert mails in the other popular "windows-1251"
charset to KOI8-R, thus improving spam detection for mails in
different Cyrillic charsets.
