Tools to manipulate UNIX mailboxes.
Example of use messarge as www interface
to mail archive included (like mhonarc,
but original UNIX mailboxes used).
Converts Russian encodings as appropriate.
Multipart messages and multimedia extensions
processing included. Extremely fast response
for operations with indexed mailboxes.
Very flexible.

Don't remove directory which exists on BSD.local.dist.   Use ru_RU.KOI8-R
instead of ru.KOI8-R.    

Convert category russian to new layout.  

Put manpages in the correct locale directory.
