Easy toggle layout <English/Cyrillic-BDS/Cyrillic-PHOnetic> 
Mouse click to toggle encoding (Win-CP1251/KOI8).

e-mail addresses from the pkg-descr file that could reasonably
be mistaken for maintainer contact information in order to avoid
confusion on the part of users looking for support. As a pleasant
side effect this also avoids confusion and/or frustration for people
who are no longer maintaining those ports.

- Remove unneeded dependency from gtk12/gtk20 [1]
- Remove USE_XLIB/USE_X_PREFIX/USE_XPM in favor of USE_XORG
- Remove X11BASE support in favor of LOCALBASE or PREFIX
- Use USE_LDCONFIG instead of INSTALLS_SHLIB
- Remove unneeded USE_GCC 3.4+

Fix build in -current (build/link C++ code with ${CXX})

Add another MASTER_SITE and a little patch for the keyboard layouts.    

Add xcyrBGR, a keyboard layout chooser for Bulgarian users.   There still are
some cases when it does not quite work for me,   but I guess I'll release it
upon the unsuspecting world ;)
