ismail 2.1_2 www  Deleted Deprecated Expired files touched by this commit PHP-based webmail client
- install in WWWDIR
- use some standard macros instead oh home grown scripts
- OPTIONify php RUN_DEPENDs instead of telling the user about them
(uses bsd.port.options.mk)
- use PLIST_FILES for pkg-message
- drop insall script that only complicated things
- fix plist for -DNOPORTDOCS
- bump PORTREVISION
