g3data is used for extracting data from graphs. In publications
graphs often are included, but the actual data is missing. g3data
makes the extracting process much easier.

To install the port: cd /usr/ports/science/g3data/ && make install clean

- Remove duplicates from MAKE_ENV after inclusion of CC and CXX in default
MAKE_ENV

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).
