Block esoteric systems.

In particular, only support amd64 for FreeBSD 12+ (-CURRENT),
Nail the coffin of EOL distros: IGNORE builds before 10.3-RELEASE,
and force -mstackrealign on i386 gcc to put an end to i386
instabilities. (for some reason, FreeBSD 12-CURRENT chooses GCC rather
than base clang, and then breaks the stack alignment for SSE2 again,
causing SIGBUS[1].)

Update to new 5.0-gtk3 release (synch with graphics/rawtherapee-devel)

Changes: <http://rawtherapee.com/blog/rawtherapee-5-released>

Due to GCC issues on i386 with stack misalignment for SSE2 instructions,
use the base system clang there, and use GCC 5+ on amd64. Since i386
has no OpenMP support, even clang 3.4 in FreeBSD 10.3 is good enough.

Note that the cache directory suffix, which used to be 4.1, is now
empty, so the cache directory is now ~user/.cache/RawTherapee.
~user/.cache/RawTherapee4.1 should be renamed before the start, or
removed.

Miscellaneous cleanups all over the place.

Fix i386 SSE2 crashes (use clang), and clean up a bit.

GCC 5.4 also does not get the stack properly aligned in i386 for SSE2
and causes SIGBUS on startup when trying to access an 8-byte aligned
double[8] array with SIMD instructions.[1] One workaround would be to use
-mstackrealign, the other is to use clang - we don't get OpenMP on i386
anyhow.

Move DISTVERSIONSUFFIX up to appease portlint.

Drop -fexpensive-optimizations, clang does not support it, and gcc 5.4
includes it in -O2 and -O3.

Note that the upstream discourages the use of 32-bit architectures for
rawtherapee.

Move forward to 5.0-gtk3 release.

If nothing serious crops up, this gets MFH'd to branches/2017Q1/ and
also moved to graphics/rawtherapee in head/.

This forward ports lots of the cleanups made to graphics/rawtherapee,
and consistently uses GCC 5+ (currently 5.4.0) everywhere.

Requires jumping through some hoops with the currents ports rig because
USES=compiler:gcc-c++11-lib will happyily trample our USE_GCC to =yes,
so we need to set USE_GCC late.

e2fsprogs 1.43.3_3 sysutils files touched by this commit Utilities & library to manipulate ext2/3/4 filesystems
Fix bounced I/O on unaligned buffers (FreeBSD 11+)

The bounce-buffer I/O driver fix in patch-lib_ext2fs_unix__io.c is a
prototypical fix, and has been forwarded upstream, but it permits us to
pass all self-tests (mostly undo-related) that were still failing on
11.0-RC2 amd64. There is some potential for optimization,
posix_memalign() might save us quite a few memcpy() calls and replace
the now-repaired code paths by a simple pread[64]() or pwrite[64]().

Remove BROKEN, but insist (by setting BROKEN conditionally) on anything
that is FreeBSD 11 or newer, or non-i386/non-amd64, that the user runs
at least the small self-tests.

Revise option descriptions a bit.

Bump PORTREVISION.

e2fsprogs 1.43.3_2 sysutils files touched by this commit Utilities & library to manipulate ext2/3/4 filesystems
Fix most of the FreeBSD 11+ issues, except e2undo.

Pull in upstream Git patch for lib/ext2fs/unix_io.c to fix unaligned
multi-block writes, and disable the two known failing e2undo patches
ONLY for the exact 1.43.3_2, even if "ALLTESTS" is enabled.
(Modify the post-patch:: target to avoid that.)

The port is still marked BROKEN on FreeBSD 11+ to protect the innocent,
but a TRYBROKEN=1 build that will not use e2undo should be fine now.

e2fsprogs 1.43.3_1 sysutils files touched by this commit Utilities & library to manipulate ext2/3/4 filesystems
Ignore SIGINFO during self-tests.

In the FreeBSD-specific patch, when the environment variable
e2fsprogs_inhibit_SIGINFO exists (whatever its content, even if empty),
do NOT install the SIGINFO handler. Leverage this when running the
self-tests. This is to avoid false negatives during the self-tests due
to interspersed SIGINFO output redirected from stderr to the log files.

Bump PORTREVISION because this changes the e2fsck utility.

While here, refresh patches, and time-limit programs in self-test suite
to 60 s CPU time each, to avoid runaway processes from stalling the
self-tests for too long.

Still no joy on FreeBSD 11+ - the self-test results hint to massive data
loss, and more than 10 self-tests fail.

Fix self-tests in poudriere, make them more robust [1].

The self-tests used to fail in poudriere with dependency cycles in
Makefile that weren't visible earlier. Conditionally change ALL_TARGET
to check (do not use all check, that would require gmake) if the TEST
option is set (default), or set TEST_TARGET if the TEST option is unset.

While I am unable to reproduce 212146 claiming the self-tests fail on an
IPv6-disabled host, and I believe it's a red herring masking a local
configuration issue, doubt sed(1) and add blanks, and be sure to add the
"proto" earlier. The reporter didn't mention his OS version.

No PORTREVISION bump since the default build is unaffected.

Make self-test the TEST option, support make test. Enabled by default.

NB: This is a critical port with many users, and the test is low on
resources, it takes two minutes idling, waiting for timers to expire.

Replace former ".if ... post-build:" by "post-build-TEST-on: test".
Replace former post-build by "TEST_TARGET=check".

Add a temporary (9 months or so-ish) compatibility wrapper to move
people from the prior port-specific WITHOUT_CHECK to WITHOUT=TEST or
OPTIONS_UNSET=TEST. Uses WARNING+= to make user aware of the change.

While here, shorten the POLARSSL_DESC help message.

Modernize Makefile and chase new requisites.

* Modernize Makefile [1].

* The Tcl changes suggested in the PR [1] are applied but commented out
because the code causes scary "warning: the value of the size argument
in 'strncat' is too large, might lead to a buffer overflow
  [-Wstrncat-size]" in lang/tcl/tcl_*.c on FreeBSD 10.3 amd64.

* Other than what is suggested in the PR,
refuse to add the TCL option, and leave --disable-tcl in.

* JAVA option: restrict to Java versions 1.6 and 1.7 because the port
fails to compile with JAVA option enabled and openjdk8
  (IllegalArgument exception).

* Set PATCH_WRKSRC, and refresh patches with "make makepatch".
