  • Case sensitivity is ignored for "sounds like" and output is ordered by the soundex.
  • When searching on 'Message ID', the type of match is ignored.
  • When searching on 'Commit Message' only 'containing' is used.
  • When searching by 'Under a pathname', your path must start with something like /ports/, /doc/, or /src/. All commits under that point will be returned. The selected match type is ignored and defaults to 'Starts with'.

Use the 3.1 version of the dictionary, released in 2012. The latest

Install the data files directly -- instead of extracting them into
WRKSRC first. Only install files actually used by the applications --
the distfiles also contain data, that is used to build the databases,
but aren't used at runtime.

libtorrent-rasterbar 0.16.19 net-p2p files touched by this commit C++ library implementing a BitTorrent client
Update from 0.16.17 to 0.16.19. It is unclear, why the previous

an impressive ChangeLog (including security-related fixes). Port's

scm 5f2 lang files touched by this commit Scheme interpreter
Upgrade from 5f1 to 5f2.

The bad news:

	1. gcc is still required -- clang can build the binaries, but
some self-tests will fail, unless all optimization was
disabled. This is, probably, due to some suspect code in
bytenumb.c -- would be good to investigate.
	2. Building this port in parallel is still not possible -- the
Makefile is too convoluted and same sources are recompiled
multiple times with different #defines set.

The good news:

	1. Resolve a large number of warnings.
	2. Fix build on ia64 and sparc64 (tested on pluto and flame
respectively). Other platforms (alpha, powerpc?) have a
	   better chance of working now...

xcoral 3.47_1 editors files touched by this commit Multiwindow mouse-based text editor for X
Although it continued to build -- with lots of warnings -- the editor
quietly stopped working over the years. It would not come up on 64-bit
at all, and, even where it worked, the copy/pasting was broken due to,
apparently, some unwarranted assumptions about X11, that were no longer
true with modern Xorg.

This change makes use of a major patch, that provides for reasonably
warning-free compile -- which, by itself, fixes the crashes. Also
included in the patch are fixes for copy/pasting as well for parallel
building. (Awareness raised upstream.)

Because BR_Parser.y is among the patched files, bison is now needed at
build-time (found by KATO Tsuguru).

Bump PORTREVISION and take maintainership for the time being.

Remove the USE_LDCONFIG -- the shared library installed by this port is
meant only to be loaded into Tcl at run-time by explicit path (via
"package require").

It does not need to be known to rtld. In fact, because the permissions

flite 1.4_1 audio files touched by this commit Small run-time speech synthesis engine
Fix the ancient problem, where we replaced Linux' "cp -pd" with
simple "cp -p". This caused symbolic links (like libFOO.so ->
libFOO.so.X.Y) to be dereferenced installing three copies of each
library instead of one.

Strip the executables and the shared libraries after staging.

Fix the authors' makefiles to allow parallel building.

Add a patch which allows us to replace the multitude of
flite_VOICE-executables (one for each voice) with sym-links to the
single flite itself.

The size of the package shrunk from 100Mb to 50Mb here (amd64) as the
result of the above measures.

Bump PORTREVISION.

Note: the new patches are deliberately organized by feature rather than
by the patched files -- to make it easier to refer the upstream
maintainers to them.
