- Update to 2.3.2.
- Use USE_RC_SUBR / USE_RCORDER for amavis.sh.
- Use SUB_FILES / SUB_LIST for pkg-* files.
- Add new MILTER option.

Update amavisd-new port to 20030314.p1.
Don't remove amavis user/group and directories, just remind user that they
should do it manually if they don't want to use the port anymore.
