Add USES=alias to several ports

Alias is a new USES tool that allows DragonFly to masquerade as FreeBSD
by setting CFLAGS+= -D__FreeBSD__. For some ports, this fixes the build
without the need for additional patches.

- Update security/libkpass to version 5 [1]
- Force libkpass to link with gettext, library uses symbols from
libintl without linking to it - this creates problems for
consumers (only for ckpass right now)
- Update security/ckpass to version 0.2 [2]
